Courts Matters Bill

This bill, together with the Tribunals Powers and Procedures Legislation Bill, forms an integrated package of amendments that will contribute to the goal of a modern, efficient, and effective courts and tribunals system. The Business Committee has agreed to the introduction of this bill as an omnibus bill under Standing Order 263(c).
