Hawke's Bay Regional Planning Committee Bill

This bill would establish a statutory body called the Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Committee. The committee would be a joint one of the Hawke's Bay Regional Council and tangata whenua members and is intended to provide for 9 iwi or hapu groups to have input into the development and review of the regional policy statement and regional plans for the Hawke's Bay Regional Council region.
