Defence (Workforce) Amendment Bill

This bill seeks to support the Chief of Defence Force in managing their workforce when New Zealand Defence Force civilian staff take industrial action, and to ensure that processes for authorising the Armed Forces to conduct the work of public service employees who are taking industrial action are fit for purpose.
