Bail (Electronic Monitoring) Amendment Bill

This Bill amends the Bail Act 2000 to clarify that the court may authorise EM assessors to approve a defendant who is granted bail with an electronic monitoring (EM) condition to be absent from their EM address for court-authorised purposes.
