About this bill

This Private Bill enables the St Peter's (Wellington) Endowment Fund Trust Board to make distributions that are not restricted to the amount of income earned in the year preceding the year of distribution, provides for a limitation on the liability of the members of the Trust Board, and enables the updating of its governance arrangements.
