The proposals in this omnibus bill are aimed at assisting the Government’s response to impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak, including targeted measures providing relief to those who have been economically affected by the outbreak, bringing forward or deferring commencement dates of new legislation, and extending timeframes for meeting regulatory deadlines.
