Crown Minerals (Decommissioning and Other Matters) Amendment Bill

This bill introduces a number of provisions to mitigate the risk to the Crown and other third parties of having to carry out and fund decommissioning of petroleum infrastructure, and also includes amendments to the Crown Minerals Act 1991 that are not specific to decommissioning.
