This bill proposes to add a "right to property" into the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act.

The purpose of this bill is to give Youth Court Judges the ability to impose conditions in relation to the activities of parents or guardians when their child is in the jurisdiction of the Court.

This bill would prevent financial advisers who recommend that a third party take over the management or disposal of a business or its assets from performing such a function themselves.
