Land Transport (Revenue) Amendment Bill
The single broad policy of this omnibus bill is to ensure that key revenue tools effectively support a user-pays basis for funding land transport.
Local Government (Auckland Council) (Transport Governance) Amendment Bill
This bill is intended to improve the transport system in Auckland by establishing the Auckland Regional Transport Committee to undertake strategic transport planning, transferring most transport functions from Auckland Transport to Auckland Council, allocating decision making for local transport functions to Auckland local boards, and reforming the role and functions of Auckland Transport.
Valuers Bill
This revision bill seeks to re-enact, in an up to date and accessible form, the Valuers Act 1948.

Antisocial Road Use Legislation Amendment Bill
The single broad policy of this omnibus bill is to deter antisocial driving behaviour that negatively affects road and community safety in New Zealand.
Resource Management (Auckland Housing) Amendment Bill
This bill amends the Resource Management Act 1991, and is intended to provide Auckland Council with greater flexibility in how housing capacity is allocated across the city, while ensuring that the Auckland Unitary Plan will provide a high level of housing capacity.

The purpose of this bill is to improve infrastructure funding and financing tools to support urban development.
Secondary Legislation Confirmation Bill (No 3)
The purpose of this bill is to prevent the revocation of certain secondary legislation that, by virtue of the Act under which it is made, will be revoked at a stated time unless earlier confirmed by an Act of Parliament.
