This bill amends the Customs and Excise Act 2018 to provide for clearer arrival information obligations to help with customs-related border management matters, such as collection of revenue and detection of restricted or prohibited goods.

This bill seeks to repeal changes to the Employment Relations Act 2000 and to reinstate New Zealanders' rights to rest and meal breaks at work.
