About this bill

This bill amends the Accident Compensation Act 2001 by ensuring that it is effective and efficient and accords with best regulatory practice by addressing regulatory duplication, gaps, errors, and inconsistencies within and between different pieces of legislation, and by keeping the regulatory system up to date and relevant.
