Statutes Amendment Bill
This bill consists entirely of amendments to Acts and is therefore an omnibus Bill that may be introduced by virtue of Standing Order 262(1)(f).
Courts Matters Bill
This bill, together with the Tribunals Powers and Procedures Legislation Bill, forms an integrated package of amendments that will contribute to the goal of a modern, efficient, and effective courts and tribunals system. The Business Committee has agreed to the introduction of this bill as an omnibus bill under Standing Order 263(c).
Statutes Amendment Bill (No 2)
The Statutes Amendment Bill (No 2) consists entirely of amendments of 29 Acts and is therefore an omnibus bill that may be introduced by virtue of Standing Order 262(1)(f).
Manukau City Council (Regulation of Prostitution in Specified Places) Bill
The purpose of this bill is to authorise the Auckland Council to make bylaws prohibiting the business of prostitution or commercial sexual services in specified public places.
Remuneration Authority Legislation Bill
This omnibus bill amends the Remuneration Authority Act 1977 and six other Acts to transfer responsibility for determining the remuneration of certain judicial and statutory officers to the Remuneration Authority to recognise the judicial nature of the positions.

Coroners (Coronial Cap) Amendment Bill
The purpose of this bill is to increase the maximum number of coroners (full-time equivalents) that can be appointed at any time from 20 to 22.

This bill is an omnibus bill introduced under Standing Order 263(a). Together with the Courts Matters Bill it forms an integrated package of amendments that will contribute to the goal of a modern, efficient, and effective courts and tribunals system.
