Minimum Wage (Contractor Remuneration) Amendment Bill
The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Minimum Wage Act 1983 to extend its provisions to apply to payments under a contract for services that are remunerated at below the minimum wage.
Land Transport Management (Regulation of Public Transport) Amendment Bill
This bill establishes the Sustainable Public Transport Framework for the planning, procurement, and delivery of public transport services, which addresses systemic issues affecting the sector. This new framework will replace the Public Transport Operating Model.
Natural and Built Environment Bill
This bill repeals and replaces the Resource Management Act 1991, working in tandem with the Spatial Planning Bill.

This bill provides for the development and implementation of long-term, strategic spatial planning across New Zealand through the development of regional spatial strategies.
Taxation (Annual Rates for 2022-23, Platform Economy, and Remedial Matters) Bill (No 2)
Policy proposals in this omnibus bill fall into three categories; the first category is to set the annual rates of income tax for the 2022-23 tax year; the second category aims at improving current settings within a broad-base, low-rate framework to help ensure that taxes are fair and efficient and impede economic growth as little as possible; and the third category relates to proposals aimed at improving the settings for tax administration, the GST regime, KiwiSaver, and social policy rules administered by Inland Revenue.
Overseas Investment Amendment Bill
This bill amends the Overseas Investment Act 2005 (the Act) to ensure that investments made by overseas persons in New Zealand will have genuine benefits for the country.

The purpose of this bill is to ensure that risks posed by foreign investment can be managed effectively while better supporting productive overseas investment by reducing the regulatory burden of the screening process.
