Land Transport (Safer Alcohol Limits for Driving) Amendment Bill
This bill lowers the allowable blood alcohol content (BAC) from 0.08g to 0.05g per 100mls of blood when driving.

Employment Relations Amendment Bill
The purpose of this Bill is to restore key minimum standards and protections for employees, and to implement a suite of changes to promote and strengthen collective bargaining and union rights in the workplace. The changes are intended to introduce greater fairness in the workplace between employees and employers, in order to promote productive employment relationships.
Remuneration Authority (Members of Parliament Remuneration) Amendment Bill
The purpose of this bill is to implement the Government's decision to freeze Member of Parliament salaries, expense allowances, and superannuation subsidies from 1 July 2018 until 30 June 2019 at the levels determined in the Parliamentary Salaries and Allowances Determination 2017 and the Parliamentary Superannuation Determination 2003.
Parental Leave and Employment Protection Amendment Bill
This bill will increase paid parental leave to 22 weeks from 1 July 2018, with a further increase to 26 weeks from 1 July 2020.
Electoral (Adjustment of Thresholds) Amendment Bill
This Bill proposes amendments to the Electoral Act 1993 to implement the recommendations of the Electoral Commission with respect to the party vote threshold.
