This bill provides that recreational craft of 6 metres or less cannot be used unless every person on board under the age of 15 years wears a life jacket.

This bill disestablishes the Māori Health Authority.

The purpose of this bill is to amend the definition of supplier in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to exclude a lender who is an unrelated party from the definition of a supplier.

This Member’s bill amends the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 by providing a medicinal cannabis scheme that will license high-quality domestic medicinal cannabis production, regulate health practitioner controlled gateway access, and facilitate pharmacist dispensing.
