This bill amends the Climate Change Response Act 2002 to remove agriculture activities from the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme.

The policy proposals in this omnibus bill set the annual rates of income tax for the 2023-24 tax year, aim at improving current settings within a broad-base, low-rate framework, and aim at improving the settings for tax administration, KiwiSaver, and child support rules administered by Inland Revenue.

This Member's bill amends the Accident Compensation Act 2001 to broaden the range of circumstances that give employers the right to apply for a review of the Accident Compensation Corporation's decisions related to a claim.
