This bill provides for the mechanisms to correct certain minor and technical issues that have emerged with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. The bill does not affect the original policy intent or amend any substantive issues.

This bill seeks to implement the Government's response to the Law Commission's report Review of the Judicature Act 1908: Towards a New Courts Act, plus a number of other related court system changes.
